Protection norm

The IK standard defines the degree of protection against external mechanical shocks. It is standardized according to NF EN 62262 (NF C 20-015). The IK06 rating indicates resistance to a 1-joule impact (equivalent to the impact of a 250gr mass dropped from a height of 40cm).

Anti-scratch hardness

9H is the hardest grade (behind diamond, which is 10H) on a scale defining resistance to touch, pressure, shearing, chafing and shock. Therefore, 9H is the best degree of anti-scratch protection that exists for screens.
